Episode 15: Debra Holz

For 50 years, depression was an insidious tormentor that dictated what Debra Holz believed about herself and the meaning of life. She endured crippling emotional trauma that led her down a dark path of addiction and self-loathing. During a suicide attempt in 2007 an internal voice convinced her that there was an alternative to traditional treatments for depression that could bring her relief. Her research then led her to publish an award-winning book about her journey to wholeness.
