Husband of Debra Holz (Episode 15), Rick Nowlin is a jazz musician, former Post Gazette Jazz critic and evangelical Christian. He discusses his transformation from troubled youth to the man he is today. He is an advocate for racial reconciliation in the church and in society. He was recently recognized as an exemplary jazz composer and arranger at the 2023 Pitt Composers Concert.
