Episode 42: Rob A. Gentile

Author of "Quarks of Light" Rob A. Gentile and his wife, Melanie have devoted their lives to raising their special needs daughter, Maria. At age 56, Rob had a massive heart attack, flatlined, and had a near-death experience that led to his spiritual awakening and a greater understanding of why children suffer. He also has a greater appreciation of life and how we are all connected. His subsequent heart transplant led to some insights about organ donors and gifts of the heart.
