Christian mystic, Amy Lynn is a nationally certified counselor, a licensed psychotherapist, wellness coach and the author of 8 books. She has master’s degrees in psychology, clinical mental health, and addictions therapy. Her latest book, "Sacred Garden" is about hope and healing to overcome challenges and live your best life. It teaches you how to transform heartache to victory. Her story includes her own struggles with alcoholism which she overcame shortly after her father's death at age 46 from that same disease. Although she sees Jesus as her guru, this book includes all 27 precepts of Buddhism.
